Shipping policy

Local Orders (Singapore)

  • Free Shipping: We provide free local delivery in Singapore for orders S$50 and above.

  • Standard Delivery: A flat rate of S$3.90 applies to orders below S$50.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Incorrect Address Fee: We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided.

Store Pickup Orders

  • Orders selected for store pickup must be collected within 21 days from the date of purchase notification.

  • If an order is not collected within 21 days, it will be automatically cancelled without a refund, and items will be returned to store inventory.

International Orders

  • We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight via courier services.

  • Customs, Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with the import laws of their destination country. All customs duties, local taxes, import levies, and clearance fees must be borne entirely by the recipient. Maha Yu Yi Pte Ltd is not responsible for foreign customs fees or delays caused by customs inspections.

  • Refused / Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs duties, failed delivery attempts, or non-compliance with local regulations, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and carrier fees. Initial shipping fees are strictly non-refundable, and return costs will be deducted from any applicable product refund.
