Shipping policy

Local Orders

We provide free delivery in Singapore for orders S$50 and above.

There will be a flat rate of S$3.90 for orders below $50.

If we are holding a bookfair in your child’s school, your child can collect the books from our booth in school during recess time or after school. You would have received the School Book Fair Leaflets if we were holding a book fair in your child’s school.

On average, you should receive your books within 3-5 working days after payment has been received. Once your books have been shipped, we will inform you via email.

The Seller reserves the right to impose additional delivery charges should the Buyer furnish the Seller with a wrong or invalid delivery address.

Store Pickup Orders
Orders selected for store pickup must be collected within 21 days from the date of purchase.

If the order is not collected within 21 days, it will be cancelled automatically without refund, and the items will be returned to stock.

International Orders

We accept international orders. Shipping costs will be calculated by Federal Express.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered comply with the import regulations of their destination country. All customs duties, taxes, import levies, and additional charges imposed by the destination country must be borne entirely by the customer. Maha Yu Yi will not be liable for any such fees or delays caused by customs procedures.

If the shipment is rejected or returned due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or failure to comply with customs requirements, the customer will bear all return shipping costs, re-delivery charges, and any additional fees imposed by the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of the return will be deducted from any refund for the product(s).
