  5. Pricing & Adjustments: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or adjust published prices due to system errors, supplier price changes, or stock clearance. Website prices may differ from prices at physical retail locations.

  6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation: Receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline service, or cancel orders at any time prior to fulfillment (including after payment is processed, in which case a full refund will be issued). Once an order has been accepted and processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled by the buyer.

  7. Product Availability: Inventory levels change rapidly. In the event a title becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you by email or phone and remove/refund the unavailable item from your order.

  8. Returns & Refunds: All sales are final and products are non-returnable, except as explicitly set out in our published Return and Refund Policy or required under applicable Singapore law.

  9. International Customs & Taxes: For international shipments, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot provide estimates for foreign customs charges.
